House & Community Rules

These rules are part of the rental terms accepted at the time of booking. A printed copy is also available in the apartment. Thank you for respecting the property, the neighbours, and the guests arriving after you.

Key times

Check-in: from 16:00 — access is granted only after the mandatory online check-in (ID registration, Spanish law) and the security deposit card registration have been completed.
Check-out: by 10:00.

Security deposit — EUR 300

The deposit is reserved via credit-card registration only (register your card here). No charge is made unless there are damages or house-rule violations during the stay.

The rules

No smoking indoors.
No parties and no noise disturbance — please respect the community quiet hours.
No barbecue or grill use unless expressly authorised.
Leave the kitchen clean (dishes and appliances) and dispose of garbage properly, clearing the fridge before departure.
Rinse off sand before using showers and bathrooms — sand clogs the drains.
Return any moved furniture to its original position.
Switch off lights, fans and appliances when leaving the apartment.
Protect furniture and windows from sunscreen and oil stains.
Take care of the keys.
Only registered guests may stay overnight in the apartment.

Applicable penalties

Deducted from the €300 security deposit only if needed. These measures are preventative, not punitive — they help us keep a high standard of cleanliness, comfort and fairness for all guests.

Kitchen not left clean (dishes, appliances)	€50

Improper or missing garbage disposal / fridge not cleared	€50
Sand clogging showers or bathrooms	€75 per bathroom
Furniture moved or not returned to original position	€40 per item
Failure to switch off lights, fans, or appliances	€30
Sunscreen or oil stains on furniture or windows	€60
Key loss	€60
Noise disturbance / breaking quiet hours	€100
Unauthorized barbecue or grill use	€100
Smoking indoors	€200
Serious or repeated violations	possible eviction without refund
